Not good value for money. If I'm being real, this place should be like half the price of what it's listed for. Positive: Close enough to Old San Juan. Negative: Old, rusted furniture. The door gets stuck while opening and closing. Window shades get stuck while opening and closing. We were afraid to touch it, we left it in the position it got stuck in throughout our entire stay. So forget about enjoying any supposed view. There was mold on the balcony wall, but I guess that's out of their control given the weather in PR. It was noisy. I could hear motorcycles zooming by all night long. And I could hear a baby crying from next door. I could go on... this place is so NOT worth the price. So so not worth it! Even coming into the apartment building, the hallways and the elevators had this very weird smell. First time regretting my choice of accomodation. It was such a letdown, and it dampened my entire vacation experience.

Positive: Yo me hospede en otro y deben cancelar y devolver mi dinero Negative: Esta no te da la fecha correcta y aparecen con otra y luego dicen que te van a tratar de arreglar y quieren cobrar como que usaramos el servicio, que jamas usamos es una trampa cuando ponen no reembolsable. Haremos publico para que no usen este hospedaje ya bloquemaos todo pago que quieran hacerlo

I loved staying here during my visit! I will definitely book again for my next visit.

Very pleasant and enjoyable. Positive: We loved being on the balcony watching the turtles in the lagoon. I drank my coffee there every morning. Everything we did was walking distance and some shops close for last minute items - snacks, alcohol, batteries, etc. I posted picture of studio and balcony views day and night. Negative: It was a little hard for Uber drivers to find and was a little on pricing side.

Positive: Owner was very responsive. Great view, excellent location right behind the Caribe Hilton. Negative: There were some minor discomforts but the owner was responsive when I reached out. Overall would definitely stay again.
